Είναι ο συνδιασμός πολλών ασκήσεων σε στυλ συγχρονισμού όλων μαζί και έντασης που προσφέρεται με την επανάληψη. Το crossfit υπάρχει μερικά χρόνια και στην Ελλάδα, αλλά δεν νομίζω να γνώρισα ποτέ κάποιον να κάνει αυτό το είδος άθλησης. Μέσω ίντερνετ θα βρείτε πολλές ασκήσεις που θα σας βοηθήσουν να χτίστε το σώμα που ονειρεύεστε. Αν πιστεύατε λοιπόν ότι μόνο το Body Building και οι πρωτείνες σε συνδιασμό με συμπληρώματα σε κάνουν "φέτες" κάνατε λάθος. δοκιμάστε ΜΟΝΟ μία φορά να κάνατε λίγες ασκήσεις ας υποθέσουμε ένα τέταρτο αν είναι αγύμναστοι εντελώς, σας υπόσχομαι την άλλη μέρα θα πονά ολόκληρο το κορμί σας. Ακόμα και όσοι κάνουν βάρη ή κάποια πολεμική τέχνη στην αρχή νιώθουν μικρά τσιμπιματάκια από την ένταση στους μυς. Μην ξεχνάμε πάντα ρόλο παίζει και η σωστή διατροφή, όσπρια, ψάρια με χαμηλά λιπαρά, πολλά άφθονα λαχανικά και φρούτα και το κυριότερο... πίνετε πολύ νερό. Το νερό ανέκαθεν έκανε καλό σε πολλά στο ανθρώπινο σώμα.
